Does vitamin E affect sex in any way?
My friend says that vitamin E can help with sex,
but she didn't say what it did exactly. Does anyone know about this or is it just a myth??

RE: Does vitamin E affect sex in any way?
Well, in my personal experience the answer is yes. At least for guy I think it can make him more interested. Vitamin E is pretty safe in larger doses, but you should check before taking a lot since they sometimes change what is "safe" and what is not.
But I used to take about 1,000 Mg a day at times and noticed a difference. Most of the time I only took about 400mg so that was quite a bit more than normal. I think I heard that it works the same way for woman, but I'm not sure. I mostly take capsules (like our logo...) but I have also used wheat germ oil and use to take a couple of spoonfuls a day. The last time I hear there didn't seem to be much difference between the natural vitamin E and man-made. I would be interested to hear if anyone has updates on that? NielsenTech |
