The Breakfast Diet
For the last 4 years or so, I`m going regularly to my educational institution without having the breakfast. I don`t know why but I can`t eat anything in early morning. If i eat anything, I feel very strange for the whole day...
Now, my health is also going down day by day and everyone suggests me to eat breakfast.
Now can anyone suggest me any meal which I can eat in the breakfast, which is not heavy and contains complete breakfast diet?

Every country has some kind of traditional breakfast that most people eat, what about that?

If you don't care for the traditional breakfast, then anything that you like and has some balance of protein, carbos, and the rest should be ok.

The problem is that you are not hungry, and perhaps your diet is not as good as it might be? I would not worry about not eating, unless you are hungry. :-) I think perhaps you are drinking too much coffee or other such drinks and they will kill your appitite. Having some coffee is my favorite way to get going in the morning, but if you let it become a habit and can be unhealthy. Try tea or something else that is no so strong to cut down. It may help you sleep better at night as well. :-)

Well, i don`t take coffee regularly especially i rarely take coffee in the morning. Well, in my country, the traditional breakfast meal is heavy which i never like to eat in the early morning. What if I eat an apple in the morning or two bread slices with a jam? Will it be effective diet?
